• 5 to 6 wines for our patrons to taste – tasting servings
• Deeply discounted prices on the featured wines (by the glass, by the bottle for dining, and by the bottle To Go)
• Wilcom’s will also provide paring suggestions for the featured wines to our menu offerings

2015 Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes – Aromatic and distinctive, with a touch of green papaya and dried pineapple adding a tropical note to the core of citrus and dried chamomile flavors on the finish.

2014 Jackson Estate Chardonnay Santa Maria Val
Tasting Notes – Rich fig & smoky oak notes fold together in this full-bodied effort. The fruit is ripe & tilts toward pear, melon and apple flavors, while the oak adds a nice touch. Ends clean & pure.

2014 Las Viñas Calina Carmenère Reserve
Tasting Notes – The 2014 Carménère is packed with powerful aromas and flavors of ripe black cherries, fresh berries, spice and fresh herbs. Well-integrated tannins add structure to the wine’s lush fruit.

2013 Donna Olimpia 1898 Costa Toscana Tageto
Tasting Notes – Deep ruby red colour with purple hues. Clean ample bouquet on the nose with notes of small red fruits, pepperoni, chocolate and licorice. Soft, well-structured & very harmonious with sweet tannins and lingering fruit in the finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc.

2012 Arcanum Toscana Il Fauno
Tasting Notes – A polished, flavorful red, boasting floral, black currant, raspberry and spice flavors. Firm yet harmonious, with the fine aftertaste lingering with fruit, iron, tobacco and tea elements. Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Wine Spectator named this wine as “Top 100: 2016 – Rank 19” and designated this wine “Smart Buys.”
