Welcome to Wilcom’s Inn, a historic roadhouse reborn as an International Steakhouse by Inc. 500 awardees Oscar and Jorge Fuster. With a rich history rooted in the hospitality industry and a decade-long hiatus, the Fuster brothers, former owners of the esteemed Rico y Rico Restaurant and recipients of several Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence, returned to the culinary scene with the transformation of Wilcom’s Inn in the spring of 2016. Our vision is reflected in the combination of a warm and elegant dining room with a relaxing casual sports bar. It gives real meaning to the proverb, “Never judge a book by its cover.”  Come and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and any other special occasions, or simply come to escape the daily trials of life.


As Wilcom’s Inn’s Wine Director, Jorge Fuster showcases his passion and knowledge of wine vintages and pairings, which he cultivated as a tech investor while visiting California’s Napa Valley. The restaurant boasts several Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence for the past six years. We offer a selection of over 100 wines carefully curated to complement the diverse international flavors featured on our menu. Our wine list is a harmonious blend of New and Old World, inviting diners to elevate their culinary journey with each sip.


At Wilcom’s Inn, we marry our Peruvian heritage with Italian culinary expertise, crafting a menu that promises a truly international dining experience. Our commitment to perfection is evident in our steak preparation, where we select the finest cuts and employ methods for precise, temperature-controlled cooking. These techniques ensure that each steak retains its natural juices before being expertly seared just before plating.

Wilcom’s sports bar reflects the Fuster’s love of sports. It provides a great casual atmosphere for watching your favorite sports events with family or friends.
